An initiative assisting healthcare providers optimize management of postoperative pain in Europe

Join a challenging project to improve management of your patients’ perioperative pain!

The European Pain Federation (EFIC) and PAIN OUT invite healthcare providers -anesthesiologists and/or surgeons and/or nurses - treating patients undergoing surgery to apply for participation in a project which aims to improve management of perioperative pain in European hospitals.

The program will take place over a period of two years during which collaborators will carry out a Quality Improvement project in their hospital using methodology provided by PAIN OUT. The project will take place in 10 hospitals in each of the following countries: Belgium, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Serbia, Spain and Switzerland. Participating sites will receive some funding to contribute towards costs associated with running the project.
